At Fablet AI, we believe in the creative power of Artificial Intelligence while maintaining a safe environment for everyone. These guidelines explain what is allowed on our platform and how we enforce our safety standards.

Personal Portraits: Stylized versions of yourself.
Creative Art: Fantasy, sci-fi, historic, or artistic concepts.
Professional Scenarios: Headshots, fashion, and business imagery.
Fiction: Characters and scenes for storytelling, provided they do not violate other policies.

❌ Not Allowed

Sexual Violence & CSAM: Zero tolerance for child exploitation or sexual violence.
Non-Consensual Imagery: Generating sexual content of others ("deepfakes") is strictly prohibited.
Graphic Gore: Extreme violence, self-harm, or torture.
Hate & Harassment: Content promoting hate groups, racism, or targeted harassment.
Impersonation & Fraud: Creating images to deceive, defraud, or defame others.

Best Practices

Own Your Likeness: Only train Personas on your own face or faces of people who have given you explicit consent.
Protect Sensitive Data: Do not upload photos containing visible IDs, passports, credit cards, or other sensitive personal documents.
Respect Privacy: Be mindful when sharing generated content that resembles real locations or people.

Safety Filters & Enforcement

We employ automated safety filters during the image generation process. Prompts or inputs detected as unsafe may be blocked.

Account Suspension: Users found attempting to bypass filters or generating prohibited content will face account suspension or permanent bans. We cooperate with law enforcement for serious violations involving CSAM or immediate threats to safety.
